Ahmadhussain vs State

Learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record the office order dated 21st August, 2009, issued by the respondents, by which the petitioner has been appointed as permanent employee of the Municipality. The said office order is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition does not survive and the same stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
