Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
Against the impugned order dated 22.2.2021 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, District Ghaziabad, the petitioner has a remedy to file a revision under Section 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 before the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
In view of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed.
