This writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent no. 2, namely Tehsildar, Rae Bareilly, to decide the proceedings pending before him expeditiously.
A perusal of the order-sheet, a copy whereof has been filed as annexure - 4 to the writ petition, indicates that at least on the least 14 dates the matter has not been proceeded with in view of the resolution passed by the Adhivakta Sangh. Under the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for at this stage.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
