1. The application seeks recall of order dated 22.1.2008, in consequence restoration of the writ petition.

2. The lis dates back to 1996. Learned counsel for the petitioners has been repeatedly defaulting. Even earlier, the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution, however showing indulgence, the order was recalled.

3. Although application under consideration has been filed, though beyond limitation, however the counsel has not appeared to prosecute the application.

We are convinced that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting the case.

4. The application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
