JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached revenue officials for issuance of possession certificate. There is a dispute regarding boundary of the petitioner's property as the petitioner's property is lying contiguous to the puramboke land. Petitioner therefore was directed to submit form 10 application. Petitioner submits that he has submitted form 10 application pursuant to Ext.P7 direction. Petitioner also informed by the District Collector that it is on account of non determination of the boundary, possession certificate could not be issued to the petitioner.
2. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take steps to determine the boundary of the petitioner with respect to the puramboke land within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Based on above determination, possession certificate shall be issued to the petitioner. If there is no impediment, basic tax shall be accepted from the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
