Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, Vellore District, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
