Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.242 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Aliganj, District- Etah.
Bearing in mind the undisputed fact that as per the medical report, the victim is stated to be 15/16 years old, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
