The prayer in this petition is to command the second respondent (District Magistrate, Pilibhit) to ensure completion of the construction of cremation ground in the concerned village.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the second respondent (District Magistrate, Pilibhit) in respect of his grievance.
The petition stands disposed off.
