JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.216 of 2002 was pending on the file of the Sub-Court is dismissed for default. Since, the revision is arising out of the orders passed in the Interlocutory Application, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Under such circumstances there shall be no orders as to costs.
