Ashok Bhushan, Ag. C.J. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 3 to provide adequate protection to the life of the petitioner and the workmen in the estate from respondents 5 to 8 from interfering with the affairs of the estate of the petitioner.

2. This writ petition was filed in November, 2013. The learned Government Pleader submits that in view of expiry of more than one year, there is no threat to the life of the petitioner and the writ petition be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
