1. RULE.
Shri V.C. Vaghela, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 1 to 35, Shri Pranav Dave, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 37 and Shri Pushpadatta Vyas, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 38.
2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, the present application is taken up for final hearing today.
3. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-original respondent no. 2-Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd. for an appropriate order of extension of time to comply with the directions given by this Court in its judgment and order dated 10/11/2011 rendered in Special Civil Application No. 806/2009 by six months.
4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 10/11/2011 rendered in Special Civil Application No. 806/2009 is hereby extended for a further period of three months. All concerned are directed to cooperate the applicant in actual calculation of the amount due and payable to the respective farmers in accordance with the Rules as well as order passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 806/2009 so that the farmers, who are waiting since many years, may enjoy the fruits of the litigation. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No cost.
