(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) We have heard Mr. B.T. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr. Chirag Patel, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Mr. Maulik Nanavati, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.5 to 6.
2. This Miscellaneous Civil Application has been filed for modifying our judgment dated 30.8.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.9019 of 2011 and a prayer has been made that Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Kalavad be permitted to renew/grant license to the traders of Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Kalavad. This was not a dispute before us in Special Civil Application No.9019 of 2011. Therefore, for the dispute which was not there, we cannot pass any order in this application.
3. For the aforesaid reason, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is dismissed.
