JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter relates to the participation of the petitioner in the Sub District Level Kalolsavam, which was scheduled to be held in 2013. The petitioner was allowed to participate provisionally in the competition on the basis of the interim order dated 19.11.2013.
As it appears that the matter has become infructuous, the writ petition is closed without examining the merits of the grounds raised.
