Heard Sri Anil Bhushan, Advocate assisted by Sri Arpan Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Avnish Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Sri Rohit Pandey, Advocate for newly added respondent no. 4.
The aforesaid writ petition was taken up on 13.6.2019 and this Court in the light of the judgment of this Court dated 6.5.2019 in Writ C No. 15550 of 2019 directed the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to seek instructions in the matter with respect to decision taken on the representation of the petitioner for permitting him to participate in B.Ed counselling.
Sri Avnish Tripathi, has placed the letter dated 13.6.2019 written by Registrar Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, by which the name of the petitioner's institution has been included in the list of colleges of B.Ed counselling. Since, the name of the petitioner's institution has been included by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in the list of colleges of B.Ed counselling, therefore, respondent no. 4 is directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the B.Ed counselling for the session 2019-21.
The respondent no. 2 is directed to communicate the order dated 13.6.2019 to the respondent no. 4 within 24 hours.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
