Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings in Case No. 15901 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 579 of 2017, under Sections- 467, 468, 471, 420, 427, 454, 380, 295-A, 506, 447, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Mandi, District- Saharanpur, pending in the court of C.J.M., Saharanpur.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has been falsely implicated by the police under the alleged sections.
In that view of the matter, they are permitted to move discharge application before the trial Court and the trial court shall decide the same within a period of three month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Till the discharge application is decided, no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicants.
With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
