Learned counsel for both the parties states that there are two complainants' appeal bearing Crl.Appeal No.1360 of 2016 and Crl. Appeal No.1361 of 2016 scheduled to be listed before the Division Bench on 9.5.2016. The instant appeal also relates to the same occurrence. These appeals are also to be heard by the same Bench hearing the complainants' appeal. Therefore, the office is directed to list these appeals along with complainants appeal mentioned above for orders.
