JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the holder of Ext.P2 permit dated 26.11.2014. The permit is valid only till 09.01.2015. Petitioner approached the Pollution Control Board for obtaining integrated consent. Ext.P3 is the application.
2. In view of pendency of Ext.P3, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to take appropriate decision on Ext.P3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
