The petitioners, employees and former employees of the first respondent complain that, their pay scales have not been revised though recommended by the Management. They have submitted Exhibit P5 representation to the first respondent. As per Exhibit P6 decision, the Board of Directors of the first respondent has decided to forward the same to the second respondent for being considered. It is the case of the petitioners that the representation has been so forwarded. The petitioners therefore seek the issue of appropriate directions to the second respondent to consider Exhibit P5. The Government Pleader submits that he is not in a position to say whether Exhibit P5 has been received or not. 2. Since Exhibit P5 is pending consideration of the authorities, it is only appropriate that the grievances of the W.P.(C) No.16185 of 2014-W -:2:-
petitioners are considered and appropriate action taken thereon, without further delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Exhibit P5 representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If Exhibit P5 has not yet been forwarded to the second respondent by the first respondent, the same shall be forwarded for the consideration of the second respondent, forthwith.
