In compliance of the earlier order dated 21.1.2014, record was produced by the Standing Counsel.
Learned Counsel for the parties want to inspect the record. Therefore, as prayed, 24 hours' time is granted to them.
Be that as it may, the Bench Secretary is directed to get the records sealed and send it to the Senior Registrar of this Court. The parties are directed to move an appropriate application before the Senior Registrar of this Court, who shall permit them to inspect the record before him, after opening the seal of the record. After inspection, records shall again be sealed and kept in his office.
List on 12.03.2014 on which date record shall be produced before this Court.
