1. On 03.10.2013, this Court had passed following order :
"1. Heard Mr.Yogen Pandya, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is sated that as per the record of the employer submitted to the Provident Fund Department, the respondent workman would have attained the age of retirement in the month of October, 2008. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that though the order impugned in this petition was ex-parte, the petitioner is ready and willing to make payment till October, 2008.

2. Notice returnable on 21.10.2013. Direct service is permitted."
2. Today, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has tried to serve the notice to respondent No.1 from 11.10.2013 to 17.10.2013, however, the respondent is avoiding to receive the notice.
3. Issue fresh notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 29.11.2013. The respondent is permitted to be served through registered Post A.D. at the cost of the petitioner.
