JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Special Court (for PCR Act Cases), Sivagangai, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on his surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by him in Crime No.24/2016 on the file of second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.After issuing a notice to the de-facto complainant, the de-facto complainant has also appeared before this Court. Since notice is also required to be served on the de-facto complainant when the petitioner moves his bail application he is also heard.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner and de-facto complainant are informed that the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on 08.08.2017. On such surrender, the bail application of the petitioner shall be considered by the Judicial Magistrate concerned and pass order on the bail application on the same day, after hearing the objections from the de-facto complainant.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
