Sri Bajranglal, aged about 61 years, Occ: Business, R/o.carrying on business in Mulgi Nos.2-2-170&2-2-171, Opp: Jamia Masjid, Subhash Road, Secunderabad, A.P ... PETITIONER AND Smt. Savithri Bai .. RESPONDENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE L. NARASIMHA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3985 OF 2012 ORDER:
This revision is filed challenging the order dated 12-06-2012 in I.A No. 189 of 2012 in R.A No. 213 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.
The respondent filed R.A No. 213 of 2010 feeling aggrieved by the order dated 31-05-2010 passed by the Additional Rent Controller, Secunderabad in R.C No.193 of 2006. During the pendency of the R.A, the petitioner filed I.A No. 189 of 2012 under Order VI Rule 17 CPC, with a prayer to permit them to amend the counter by adding paras 7A, 9A and 12A. The R.A itself was allowed on 12-06-2012 and simultaneously, the appellate Court dismissed the I.A. The petitioner filed C.R.P No. 3720 of 2012 against the order passed in the R.A.
Once the R.A itself is allowed, the order passed in the I.A requires no consideration and no independent adjudication thereof can be undertaken. Therefore, this C.R.P is dismissed.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
