…Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the letter dated 20.03.2019 issued by the respondent No.1 (Annexure-A) to block the account maintained by the petitioner at Syndicate Bank, Camac Street Branch, Kolkata bearing current account No.9591/101/6670, holding the same as arbitrary and illegal and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
