The Advocate who was appearing for the appellants has since been elevated as Judge of this Court. Thereafter, notice was taken out at State expense to the first appellant. Yet, there is no representation for the first appellant which is the power of attorney holder of the second appellant as well.

This appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
