Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this appeal may not lie in view of the amendment to CPC and notice was issued only on the C.M.Application and that the AFA was not admitted before the amendment. It is therefore submitted that this appeal may be dismissed. Hence, this appeal and the delay application are dismissed. All pending interlocutory applications are dismissed.
