JUDGMENT / ORDER

T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.
Both sides have filed a compromise petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the disputes between the parties have been settled. Hence, the appeal is disposed of as settled. Half of the court fee paid on the memorandum of appeal will be refunded to the counsel for the appellant.
In the light of clause 3 of the terms of compromise, there will be a direction to the court below to refund Rs.1,00,000/- which is deposited in O.S. No.260/86 to the appellant. Parties will bear the costs in the appeal.
