All the parties except respondent Nos.2 to 5 have entered into a memorandum of settlement. The terms thereof shall form part of this judgment. The Appeal Suit is disposed of accordingly.

It is made clear that the compromise will bind only to the parties to the agreement. The court fee paid on the memorandum of appeal shall be refunded to the appellant.
