This cross objection has been posted in the defect list for non- impleadment of legal heirs since 2.9.2015. Even though time has been given, the defect subsists even today. On 10.12.2015, when this case came up in the defect list, there was no representation for the appellant. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. The appellant is also absent. Hence the cross objection is dismissed for default.
