Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed in non-prosecution in the lower court. He wants to move another anticipatory bail application to get the same decided on merit.
This anticipatory bail application is not being pressed at this stage, hence the same is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to move another bail application in the court below which may be decided on merits.
