Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.S. Maurya, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.514 of 2019, under Section 506 I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Right on Marriage) Act, Police Station Gajraula, District- Amroha.
Bearing in mind the the nature of allegations which stand levelled in the present FIR as also in an earlier Case Crime No.22 of 2019 in which allegations under Sections 498-A as well as 376 and 377 IPC stand laid, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
