Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice for gaon sabha.
It is submitted that the order dated 23.3.2021 has become final as per the knowledge of the petitioner as the same has not been complied with by the affected party and therefore the same is liable to be complied with.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instructions in the matter and specifically state that in case the said order has become final why the encroachment has not been removed and what is the legal impediment in not carrying out the said order.
Put up this case on 26.10.2021 as a fresh one.
