Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press as some wrong information has been mentioned in the affidavit. The present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
