Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Afzaal Ahmad & 2 Others with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the local police not to disturb and has the petitioners and his family members.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance, the same may be raised before S.S.P. Lucknow who shall look into the matter so that injustice may not be done with the petitioners.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
