Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is confining his prayer to only prayer no.2. He submits that the investigation in Case Crime No. 156 of 2020, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Jaunpur may be completed in accordance with law, expeditiously.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Investigating Officer concerned to conclude the investigation in accordance with law, expeditiously in the aforesaid case being Case Crime No. 156 of 2020, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Sarai Khawaja, District Jaunpur.
