The petitioner in the present writ petition derives his interest from the petitioners in Writ - B No. 14061 of 2013 whose claim to the disputed plots was rejected by the Deputy Director of Consolidation and the writ petition filed against the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation has been dismissed by this Court by an order passed today.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is also liable to be dismissed and is, therefore, dismissed.
