In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non- disposal of his representation dated 10.01.2018 made before the Tehsildar, Moradabad (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition).
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1, the Tehsildar, Moradabad, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
