Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA for the State of U.P. and perused the record.
This application has been filed by Afsar @ Bhura, Sada, Nasir and Rashid for quashing the order dated 28.10.2009 passed by Learned Trial Court as well as non bailable warrants issued against applicant on subsequent dates by Learned Trial Court/Additional Civil Judge (JD), Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Kairana, Muzaffar Nagar and order dated 15.6.2010 passed by learne Trial Court/Additional Civil Judge (JD), Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Kairana, Muzaffar Nagar (whereby process under section 82 CrPC was issued) in criminal case no. 1524/9 of 2009, 'State of U.P. Vs. Asfar @ Bhura & others', Muzaffar Nagar (arising out of case crime no. 231 of 2009 registered at police station Jhinjahana, Muzaffar Nagar).
After perusal of the record, I do not find any good ground to allow this application of the applicant, therefore, the prayer of the applicant mentioned in this application is rejected.
