JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 226 of the Constitution as well as Section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the prayer stated in detail regarding direction to respondent No.2 for adding the alleged offence under Sections 376, 420 and 406 of IPC etc. Learned advocate Mr.Samirkhan for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
