Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the averments made in this application in Para-3 coupled with receipt showing the payment made by the respondent herein by way of deposit in the concerned Family Court on 10.02.2012 and considering the order dated 25.01.2012, passed in Special Criminal Application No.1847 of 2011, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in the instant application but, the only observation, which is required to be made, so far as the progress in Criminal Misc. Application No.3086 of 2010 pending before the Family Court, Vadodara, is concerned, the learned Judge of the Family Court, Vadodara, shall strictly adhere to the direction issued by this Court in Para-7 of the aforesaid order dated 25.01.2012 and to dispose of the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Application No.3086 of 2010 within time fixed therein.
Learned counsel representing both the sides submit that their client shall give fullest cooperation to the concerned Court for disposal of the aforesaid matter in accordance with law within time bound period.
The registry to communicate this order to the concerned Court forthwith.
