The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
i. A writ , order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quashing the F.I.R. dated 02.07.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 0391 of 2017 under sections 363, 366 I.P.C. Police station Kokhraj, District Kaushambi, (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)"
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing No. 01 of 2018 dated 5 July 2018 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
