Heard learned counsel for parties.
The Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory directions for expeditious disposal of the suit for reasons recorded hereinafter. The order sheet itself reveals that right from September 2019 it remained undisposed of on account of the court being vacant and was transferred to the court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) only on 14 October 2020.
In view of the aforesaid while this Court refuses to issue the writs as prayed for it is only observed that the concerned Civil Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the pending suit with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to parties.
Petition stands disposed of.
