Heard Shri Ram Babu Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 24.9.2021 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj in Case No. 811/12/2013, Tajma Bano and others Vs. Afroj, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., P.S. Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj directing the revisionist to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month to the opposite party No. 2 and Rs. 3,000/- per month to her three minor children i.e. opposite party Nos. 3, 4 & 5 till they attain the age of majority as maintenance from the date of the application.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist prays to withdraw this application.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
