Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the FIR registered at case crime no. 32 of 2010, under Sections 270, 272, 420, 511 IPC, Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act and 207 Motor Vehicles Act, P.S. Sambhal, District- Moradabad.
From perusal of the FIR it appears that on the basis of allegations made therein the cognizable offence is made out. Therefore prayer for quashing the FIR is refused.
However, it is directed that in case the petitioners appear before the Magistrate concerned within three weeks from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the courts below.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
