JUDGMENT / ORDER

According to the counsel appearing for the respective parties, the action initiated by the respondent in compliance with the direction of this Court has been challenged by the affected party, the 2nd respondent herein, before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions. He has also been granted an interim order of stay. The petitioner herein has got impleaded in the said proceedings, since she had not been made a party thereto. It is submitted that the said proceedings are progressing.
In view of the above, I do not find any grounds to proceed with this contempt case any further. The same is therefore closed.
