Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Afatav Alam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.68 of 2021, under Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station-Soraon, District-Prayagraj, during pendency of trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted he was neither named in the first information report nor wanted by the concerned police station as it is clear from the report dated 21.02.2021 of the Police Station Soraon, District Prayagraj.
In view of the above, there is no justification to entertain this anticipatory bail application.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
