Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to prayer to no.2, i.e., to issue mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to decide the claim of the petitioner made in application dated 3.2.2021, which can be granted.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case it is granted.
Hence, it is observed that the respondent no.3 shall look into the application dated 3.2.2021 and decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably on or before 30th of September 2021.
With these observations, present petition is disposed of.
