THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioner is the sole accused. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. The petitioner is working as Village Revenue Officer. In view of the nature of the calling, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda district, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda district, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
