This writ petition has been filed for issuing mandamus directing Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi (respondent-2) to ensure fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.153 of 2018 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, IPC P.S.
Saini, district Kaushambi.
It is alleged that the F.I.R. was lodged on 26.3.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi (respondent- 2) to ensure a fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.153 of 2018 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, IPC P.S. Saini, district Kaushambi. and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
