The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Case No.387 of 2013 (Adya Prasad Mishra & Ors. Vs. Shyam Lal & Anr.) under section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.387 of 2013 (Adya Prasad Mishra & Ors. Vs. Shyam Lal & Anr.) be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
