Despite the fact that notice has already been served upon the Additional Solicitor General of India, nobody is present on behalf of the respondents even in the revised reading of the list.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent- authorities to grant approval and recognition to the petitioners' institution for the Course of D.Ed. Special Education (ID) for the Session 2021-2022 and thereafter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that the petitioners, after completing all requisite formalities for grant of aforesaid approval, have made application before the respondent- authorities but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Thereafter the petitioners have also made various representations before the respondent-authorities but same has also gone unheard, hence he has filed the present writ petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of by providing that the petitioner may make a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances supported by such documents, as he may be advised before respondent no.2 within two weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order preferably within two months thereafter.
The Additional Solicitor General of India is directed to ensure that in case notice is served upon him, he either by himself or any other advocate authorized by him shall be present in such cases.
